So now you know what you shouldn't be eating, but the question is- what should you be eating?
As complicated and daunting as this sounds, you must make educated food choices!

You should be eating plenty of
whole grains, legumes, complex carbs, fruit, nuts, vegetables, good fats and meat.
If you haven’t already got the
picture in your mind of what you diet should look like, here’s an exemplary clean
eating pyramid-
Basically, water is on the bottom of the pyramid, meaning
that you should be consuming plenty of water to allow your body to get rid of
toxins.
You main source of energy should be vegetables and fruit!
Mum wasn’t lying when she said that you must eat your veggies!
Lean meat, whole grains and
legumes are next on the menu. You should aim to eat double the amount of vegetable
than meat, whole grain and legumes.
Lastly, dairy and good fats should be eaten in moderation.
